How To Gain weight | gain weight

So guys you want to gain weight,there was a time when I was also lean. Then I went to gym there I started weight training regularly. I become 92 kg form 64 kg .
I loosed my body weight again because it was not comfortable .So I recommend to take or decide a comfortable weight for you and see the simple steps that I tried with my body .
So I will tell you my experience to gain weight .
1. Try weight training
Try lifting heavy weight day by day . I gained weight day by day after first 2 month by (1kg) every time . This is the main thing for gain weight( remember ). Try to us dumbbells and barbell more than machines. Try to increase the weight in weight training day by day.
2. Drinking water
Try to drink more water. So you can lift more weight in weight training.
3. Eat healthy food
Try to eat more protein rich foods. Meat ,fish and egg whites .you can also include some carbs . You can also visit a doc for a good diet . It is all up to you .You just focus on the weight training only .
4.Also sleep well
Sleep also depends for muscle growth and weight gain
