Wake up early in morning to get a good and healthy feeling.

Enjoy your life by having fun with friends and family members. Make a good surroundings to get a peaceful atmosphere and to get happy mood. Also start to write a diary to learn and remember the past happenings. Try to do little meditation to get a fresh mind
